Lage: Die hübsche und helle 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Gartenterrasse (ca. 85m²) befindet sich im EG unseres Hauses in einem sehr schönen, ruhigen Neubaugebiet von Gronau angrenzend zum Golfclub Lindenhof. Das Apartment liegt direkt am Feldrand in Bad Vilbel-Gronau mitten im Grünen in einem ruhigen Zweifamilienhaus auf der sonnigen Südseite. Sie haben haben einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Garten mit Terrasse. Das großzügige Apartment mit 3 Schlafgelegenheiten ist familientauglich, aber auch gute Freunde und Kollegen fühlen sich durch die abgetrennten Schlafbereiche wohl. Von hier aus können Sie direkt an den renaturierten Uferwegen der Nidda Störche beobachten, Fahrrad fahren, joggen oder im Golfclub auf der herrlichen Terrasse ein kühles Bier trinken. Mitten in Gronau befindet sich das Weinhaus Hamm, das ein ausgewähltes Sortiment von nationalen und internationalen Weinen und Delikatessen bietet. Pizzeria und Gasthof sind fußläufig. Der Biobauernhof „Dottenfelderhof“ (1,5 km entfernt) bietet Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von Produktion (Brot und Käserei), Bad Vilbel verfügt unter anderem über einen großen Teegut, Lidl, Penny, Apotheke und Ärzten. Bad Vilbel bietet in den Sommermonaten mit seinen Cafes und den Aufführungen der Burgfestspiele im Wasserschloss viel Abwechslung. Citylife ist mit der S Bahn (in 25 Minuten) ebenfalls möglich durch die direkte Anbindung zum Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof oder der Messe Frankfurt. Gehzeit zum Bahnhof sind ca. 10 Minuten. Mit dem Auto sind es über die B3 je nach Verkehrslage ebenfalls 20-30 Min. Parken direkt vor dem Haus ist kein Problem.
