Luxurious hotel comfort in your own furnished 2-room roof-top apartment in a modernised, turn-of-the-century multi-family residential building (Altbau from 1905 and fully modernised ~2008) in Frankfurt Bornheim-Mitte, Rendeler Street, corner of Gronauer Street. The apartment is on the 4th floor (top floor) and a 4min walk to the subway station “Bornheim-Mitte”.
The house with the fully furnished apartment unit is equipped with high-quality fixtures and furnishings. The apartment’s furniture is only ~2.5years old and in excellent condition (is only leased for the 2nd time)!

The living room is divided in two zones. The front zone is equipped with a working desk, desk light and a comfortable office chair prepared for home office use. The rear zone facing the window hosts the living room features including a 49” flat-screen TV, a living wall unit, a modern sofa (convertible as sleeping sofa), and a stylish beanbag for relaxation. Moreover, the apartment has a cable Wifi-router with internet flat rate for your perusal.
The bedroom with slight roof pitch is equipped with a 160cm-wide bed, chest of drawers and a walkable closet including shelf cupboard, clothes rail and a large hotel safe for valuables. The Queen-size bed (160cmx200cm) is located under the skylight/ roof window and allows gazing the stars when in bed.
Additionally, the apartment has a fully equipped and fitted kitchen with dining table and two chairs and a modern bathroom with roof window and bathtub shower. The whole apartment is bright and has high floor-to-ceiling heights offering a spacious room feeling. The long hallway has a wardrobe, dressing mirror and shoe cabinet at the door entrance. Please ask for the detailed inventory list to get a full picture how well the apartment is equipped – just come with your suitcase and personal belongings and start enjoying your own fully equipped apartment – towels and bedding included.
